Be sure to click all the "submit" options when scheduling. You should receive an email/text upon scheduling and a reminder 24-hours before your appointment. If you do not receive these confirmations then, chances are, the appointment did not get scheduled. Please text or email with any concerns.

NEW PATIENT INQUIRIES CLOSED AS OF SUMMER 2026- Please do not schedule your own Initial Appointments.
