RETURNING PATIENTS ONLY- easily book and reschedule services here.  This schedule is live and up-to-date.  Please note that a credit card is required to schedule online, but will only be billed in the event of a late-cancelation or no-show appointment.  If you have updated your insurance coverage or mailing address, please note these upon scheduling.
NEW PATIENT INQUIRIES- please send your contact and/or insurance information here and you will be contacted through phone, text or email with available appointment times once your information has been verified. Initial sessions require 60-90 minutes. Please do not schedule your own new appointments here.
